Lloyds Register Energy – Drilling launched the Training Academy in 2013, by combining the training expertise of ModuSpec and WEST Engineering Services.
As two industry leaders in rig and drilling equipment inspections, ModuSpec and WEST have conducted in excess of 6,000 inspections. The collective knowledge and expertise of these two organizations is now shared through the Lloyds Register Energy – Drilling Training Academy by providing tailor-made technical training courses for personnel from the drilling industry.
14 Training Academy courses are accredited by the IADC Drilling Industry Training (DIT) accreditation scheme, providing our clients with a high level of quality assurance as well as ensuring that training courses focus on the transfer of practical knowledge. The Training Academy rests on four fundamental cornerstones: Quality, Knowledge, Attention and Result.
